Bicycle Maintenance Room and Bike Parking:
- A free bike parking space for every apartment home. All bike racks include an integrated cable lock.
- A bike maintenance room outfitted with tools, bike stand, and air pump. Flats happen. You’ll be ready for them here.
- Lawrence Street, outside Solera’s front door, is one of Denver’s main urban bike lanes. It connects the downtown core with Denver’s two main bike path arteries: the South Platte River bike trail and the Cherry Creek bike path. Whether you are riding for pleasure or for transportation, Denver’s bike culture will embrace you and make you happy to be on two wheels. And at Solera, you’ll be right in the

Rooftop:
- Soak up the sun and the views from the rooftop observation deck. Equipped with a working solar trellis that provides power production for the building, this retreat provides unbelievable views with
ample shade.
Solar Renter Program:
- Solera offers what may be the nation’s first Solar Renter Program. This program will enable residents to produce solar power through Solera’s rooftop solar array. This array will be made of photovoltaic (PV) panels that also shade the rooftop deck. By joining the Solar Renter Program residents will be able to supplement their unit’s electrical consumption by “renting” a portion of Solera’s PV panels.
Non-Smoking Building:
Single Stream Recycling Program:
- A single stream recycling facility is located on ever floor. Solera makes it simple to live green by eliminating the need for sorting, and accepts not just 1 & 2 plastics but cardboard, junk mail, newspapers, cardboard, office paper and even metal items.
